If God is Sovereign over everything in creation, does that include the Devil? The bible makes it clear that the Devil has some sort of power over creation. Satan has the ability to tempt people into sin, to cause sickness, disease and even death. The question is: Does Satan's power over this fallen world exceed the power and governance of God?
